Brew Fitness Co. is pleased to bring all customers great value and service. Hence, Brew Fitness Co. provides free shipping from our warehouses located around the world.


Brew Fitness Co. offers international shipping services to be able to reach all areas of the globe. However, there are some locations that we cannot ship to, or that shipping is too difficult and may take longer than usual wait times. If you happen to be from one of those countries, we will contact you.


Brew Fitness Co. is not liable if an incorrect address is entered during the checkout process. To make sure that your product(s) are delivered, please ensure your billing and shipping address is correct before finalizing your order.

If Brew Fitness Co. made an error, we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.

Brew Fitness Co. is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

If the address was incorrectly entered and the shipped package is lost, then the customer is responsible for searching for the package themselves with the courier company.

If the package is deemed lost by the courier, Brew Fitness Co. is not responsible for the replacement. It is the responsibility of the customer to contact the courier for compensation.

If the courier company attempts to deliver the package and is unsuccessful, either because the customer is not home, or because the customer does not have a proper mailbox for the package to be dropped off, it will now be up to the customer to contact the courier company before they ship the package back to Brew Fitness Co., this will usually occur after one week of failed attempts.

The courier will attempt to contact you by phone, email or leave a message on your door. If the delivery attempts fail and the package is returned to Brew Fitness Co., you will be responsible for the shipping charges if you want the package to be re-delivered.


Brew Fitness Co. is not responsible for any customs fees once the item(s) have been shipped. By purchasing the products from Brew Fitness Co., the customer consents that one or more packages may be shipped to you, and that those items may have customs fees when they arrive in your country, which the customer is responsible for.


Shipping times vary by geographic location. These are our estimates (after a processing time of up to 60 business days*, see below)

Max delivery time from the date of order placed is 60 business days.

If the package is delayed a full refund cannot be applied until after the 60th business day.

* With some products the shipping confirmation notification may be delayed.

* All Shipping times excludes clearance/customs delays

* If the shipment is sent via ePacket due to lack of other carrier options, estimated delivery time is 20-50 days

**Shipping time to India is 30-60 days due to restrictions and limited carrier options. 

Due to lockdowns in various countries and regions with respect to Covid-19, there may be additional unforeseen carrier delays that could affect shipping times. It is our wish that these issues do not affect you greatly in receiving your product.

With the extreme amount of logistics back log due to Covid-19 and the seasonal influx of orders, shipping delays can occur.

Please note: Shipping delays are out of our control. We do our best to have your product delivered to you in a timely manner.


Brew Fitness Co. will send an email with the tracking number once your order is shipped. However, sometimes due to free shipping, tracking is not available. Please check your junk mail as sometimes these emails can get lost, mis-categorized, or misplaced by various email systems.

Our Tracking says “No Information Available at the Moment”

Once your package has shipped, for some shipping companies, it takes 3 - 15 business days for the tracking information to become available and or update on the tracking system. If your order was placed more than 15 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us at for assistance.

Will my items be sent in one package?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you have specified combined shipping. If you have any other questions, please contact us at and we will do our best to help you out.
